POLICY STATEMENT
All rentals paid in advance. All prices are for one day rental only.
Long term rentals may be arranged.
RESERVATIONS are encouraged for your party or banquet needs
well in advance, especially during the busy summer months. This
will help to insure availability and allow ample time for your order
to be packed for delivery or your pickup. A deposit may be required
to hold certain items.
FULL PAYMENT
for all rental fees, deposits and services is due in advance, on
or before delivery or pickup by customer. Credit will only be extended
to pre-approved accounts, with a net 15 days.
DELIVERY
is available at a nominal fee in the Denver area. The minimum delivery
charge is $40.00. For charges to other areas, please call our office.
- All deliveries
are made to the first floor to your door or dock. There will be
additional charges for other than first floor deliveries.
- Chairs and
tables will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pickup.
- Our service
DOES NOT include set up and take down of tables and chairs. If
this service is desired, arrangements must be made prior to delivery
and/or pickup, with a special charge applied.
- No equipment
may be taken apart, or moved to another address, unless Butler
Rents gives specific consent.
- All broken,
burned, damaged or lost items are charged in addition to accrued
rental.
- Our item
counts must be accepted unless we are notified immediately. NO
CREDIT will be given for unused equipment unless it is returned
with our delivery people or returned by the customer prior to
the start of the party.
Set up / take
down charges are $25.00 per man hour with a $50.00 minimum. Estimate
to be given upon reservation. Final billing will occur after pick
up.
PICK UP
For sanitary reasons, all glassware, dishes, and silver must be
rinsed, food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered.
A charge will be made for all boxes and crates not returned. All
breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges.
China, glassware, etc. will be considered broken if returned chipped.
If you discover a chipped or broken item upon delivery, please notify
us at once so that you won't be charged for it.
- If the equipment
is unavailable for pickup at the agreed time, customer agrees
to pay additional charges accruing at the beginning of the next
rental period.
- Sunday, holiday,
or after hours pickups are available for an additional charge.
Arrangements must be made prior to the delivery.
